Out of Scope is a consulting firm. We have one service: scope exclusion. We define what falls outside an engagement, document it formally, and deliver the Definitive Out-of-Scope Report.

We were founded on the observation that the consulting industry spends considerable effort defining what it will do and almost no effort defining what it will not. The gap between these two things is where most projects fail.
